Bechannel– Forum Jurnalis Perempuan Indonesia (FJPI) Lampung dan Metro Lampung News bekerja sama dengan SEA Junction mengadakan diskusi kasus pelanggaran HAM berat yang pernah terjadi di Lampung yakni Tragedi Talang Sari. Sabtu (23/12/2023).
Acara tersebut digelar dalam rangka memperingati Hari HAM Nasional setiap Tanggal 10 Desember.
Tragedi Talang Sari 1989 merupakan salah satu dari 12 kasus pelanggaran HAM berat di Indonesia. Peristiwa ini terjadi 34 tahun lalu tepatnya pada 7 Februari 1989 di Dusun Talangsari III, Desa Rajabasa Lama, Kecamatan Way Jepara, Kabupaten Lampung Timur (saat itu masih Kabupaten Lampung Tengah).
Dusun Talang Sari atau yang lebih familiar dikenal dengan Dusun Cihideng saat ini sudah berganti nama menjadi Dusun Subing Putra 3. Alasannya tak lain karena nama “Talang Sari” sendiri akan terus mengingatkan para korban terhadap penderitaan dan kisah kelam pada masa orde baru tersebut.
Diskusi Korban Peristiwa Talang Sari 1989 bertajuk “Berdamai dengan Trauma” tersebut menghadirkan para korban dari Tragedi Talang Sari, Psikolog Lampung, Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Bandar Lampung, Forum PUSPA Lampung, Perkumpulan Damar Lampung, dan beberapa komunitas lainnya.

Mengawali diskusi, salah satu korban Tragedi Talang Sari, Edi pun menceritakan kronologi peristiwa tersebut secara singkat. Di mana kejadian hari itu terjadi secara tiba-tiba. Di mana TNI datang ke rumah dan masjid dusun tersebut, menembaki jamaah masjid hingga malam itu terasa sangat mencekam.
“Saat itu saya masih kelas 1 SMP dan dalam kejadian itu 11 teman sebaya saya hilang sampai sekarang. Jika meninggalpun tak pernah ditemukan mayatnya hingga saat ini. Jamaah di masjid meninggal, ustad atau guru ngaji saya pun meninggal hari itu,” jelasnya.
Ayah Edi ditangkap oleh TNI saat itu, Edi pun sempat mengungsi di Padang bersama ibunya namun di sana ternyata mereka pun juga ditangkap. Di penjara korem tersebut Edi mendapat penyiksaan dari TNI seperti direndam berjam-jam dalam air, ditakut-takuti, sampai melihat ibunya disiksa. Hal itu pun menyisakan luka dan trauma pada dirinya.
Tak hanya Edi, ada tiga korban lain yang juga menceritakan penderitaannya atas tragedi Talang Sari. Di mana para korban menderita trauma ketakutan pada suara petasan yang mirip dengan suara tembakan, takut pada air tanah dan sebagainya.
Tak hanya itu, peristiwa ini juga dampaknya sangat luas terhadap kehidupan para korban, pasalnya rumah-rumah warga juga dibakar oleh TNI sehingga mereka tidak memiliki tempat berlindung. Seperti keluarga besar Turasih yang harus tinggal di gubuk kecil milik orang lain dan mencadi kuli dengan upah Rp1.700 karena para suami keluarganya di tangkap. Hal itu berlangsung selama bertahun-tahun.
Ditambah tanah lokasi terjadinya Tragedi Talang Sari statusnya tidak jelas. Sehingga para korban Talang Sari meminta pemerintah untuk segera memberikan surat resmi tanah para korban di Talang Sari.
Menanggapi kasus ini, Psikolog Lampung, Fiqih Amalia pun mengatakan para korban Tragedi Talang Sari pasti membutuhkan waktu yang sangat panjang sampai bisa berdamai dengan trauma atas kejadian luar biasa yang pernah mereka alam.
“Di sisi lain korban membutuhkan keadilan, dan untuk mendapatkan keadilan itu mereka harus terus menceritakan kejadian yang mereka alami terus menerus yang mau tak mau kembali mengorek luka dan penyebab trauma mereka,” katanya.
Fiqih pun memberikan solusinya agar komunitas masyarakat bisa membuatkan film dokumenter keterangan para korban Tragedi Talang Sari. Selain itu ia berharap mesyarakat termasuk keluarga dan tetangga untuk tidak mendiskriminasi para korban pelanggaran HAM tersebut.
Direktur LBH Bandar Lampung Sumaindra Jarwadi juga menambahkan peristiwa pelanggaran HAM berat di Indonesia termasuk Talang Sari kini semakin dinormalisasi. Generasi saat ini dibuat tidak tahu sehingga cuek dengan peristiwa besar yang memberikan penderitaan panjang bagi korban.
Ia pun meminta generasi muda saat ini untuk terus menyuarakan kasus-kasus pelanggaran HAM karena sampai hari ini belum ada keadilan atas para korban. Pelaku belum ditangkap dan belum ada pengakuan negara atas kejadian itu semua.
