Bechannel – Dana bagi hasil (DBH) 2023 pemkot Bandar Lampung belum disalurkan oleh pemerintah provinsi Lampung.
Wali Kota Bandar Lampung Eva Dwiana menyampaikan, DBH sampai saat ini belum belum disalurkan oleh pemerintah provinsi.
Padahan kata Eva, pembangunan yang ada di Bandar Lampung berharapnya dari dana bagi hasil tersebut.
“Dan bunda lihat kayaknya pak gubernur nggak mau tau dengan persoalan ini dan bagi hasil ini kan untuk daerah,” ucapnya, Selasa (5/3/2024).

Ia juga menekankan, bahwasanya dana bagi hadil itu merupakan hak daerah, sehingga tidak boleh ditahan-tahan.
“Apalagi pemkot Bandar Lampung triwulan l, ll dan lll angkanya di kisaran Rp100 miliar dan sebagian juga ada pada 2022 yaitu Rp15 miliar yang belum terbayar. Dan ini sangat membantu daerah,” ungkapnya.
Padalnya kata Eva, dana tersebut diperuntukan memang benar-benar untuk membangun daerah bukan untuk gaya-gaya. Serta itu memang program pemda yang harus dibangun.
“Harapan kita dari pusat sudah mengirimkan DBH, sehingga provinsi harus tau bahwa dana itu daerah membutuhkannya,” kata dia.

Eva pun menyampaikan bahwasanya telah seringkali berkomunikasi dengan provinsi, namun tetap tak ada jawaban.
“Kalau lewat surat tidak, tapi bicara langsung berapa kali sama Sekda sudah ngomong, lalu BPAD sudah juga. Tapi jawaban dari provinsi nanti-nanti, dan kalau gubernur belum ada jawaban,” ungkapnya.
Sementara Kepala Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) kota Bandar Lampung, M. Ramdhan mengatakan, DBH 2023 yang dibayarkan baru satu triwilan.
“Satu triwulan 2023 itu pun tidak lengkap, apa lagi di 2024, ini sudah masuk di triwulan pertama,” kata dia.
Ramdhan mengaku, dalam satu triwulannya Rp30 – Rp35 miliar, sehingga sampai satu tahun itu lebih dari Rp100 miliaran.
“Kalau dibilang kita punya hutang seharusnya kita tidak punya hutang, karena uangnya ada di situ (DBH),” tandasnya (*)
