    Dua Opsi Rencana Penghapusan Honorer, Terbaru Menteri Sebut Tak Ada PHK

    Bechannel – Rencana penghapusan pegawai honorer yang bekerja di kementerian dan lembaga, baik di pusat maupun daerah November 2023 mendatang masih terus dilakukan kajian. Terbaru Menteri PAN-RB Azwar Anas menyatakan pihaknya masih menggodok mekanisme apa yang akan dilakukan untuk menghapus status honorer yang jumlahnya mencapai jutaan di seluruh Indonesia.

    Ada dua hal yang menjadi perhatiaan dalam menentukan nasib honorer. Pertama Menpan RB menyebutkan tidak akan ada PHK massal atau pemberhentian secara total tenaga honorer dan kedua tidak menambah beban anggaran pemerintah untuk mengangkat honorer.

    “Saya belum bisa umumkan dalam kesempatan ini. Cuma, kita siapkan opsi terbaik, guidingnya tak akan ada PHK massal dan yang kedua tidak ada penambahan anggaran,” ujar Azwar Anas dalam usai melakukan Rapat Kabinet Paripurna di Istana Negara, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (2/3/2023).

    Azwar menyebutkan selama ini, ada tiga opsi yang mulai dikaji pemerintah

    1. Mengangkat Seluruh Pegawai Honorer

    Opsi pertama ini dinilai sangat membebani keuangan negera sehingga kemungkinan besar tidak dilakukan jelas Azwar.
