“Dalam kesempatan ini izinkan kami dari Fraksi PDI Perjuangan menyampaikan hasil temuan kami di lapangan serta informasi dari masyarakat yang disampaikan kepada kami masih banyaknya ditemukan terjadi kekurangan volume dan ketidaksesuaian spesifikasi kontrak atas paket pekerjaan gedung dan bangunan kantor, jalan, dan jembatan,” terang Erwin.
Sejumlah Fraksi menyampaikan Pandangan umumnya dengan berbagai pandangan yang berisi afresiasi akan prestasi yang dicapai, pertanyaan, harapan dan solusi serta kritik dan koreksi.
Pelantikan Dewan Terpilih Pesisir Barat Akan dilaksanakan pada 19 Agustus 2024
Selain itu, Fraksi PDI Perjuangan dalam pandangan umumnya yang disampaikan juru bicaranya, Erwin Gustom dinilai banyak mengkritisi program serta kebijakan yang telah diambil Pemkab dibawah komando Bupati Agus Istqlal. Seperti contoh Fraksi PDI Perjuangan memberikan pandangan kepada Pemkab Pesibar tentang prinsip Anggaran berimbang, sebagai daerah yang tergolong berpendapatan rendah, pola penyusunan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja sebaiknya dilakukan dengan prinsip Anggaran berimbang.
Hal itu bertujuan untuk memudahkan perencanaan belanja sesuai dengan pendapatan dan terhindar dari kemungkinan defisit anggaran pada setiap tahun anggaran, terang Erwin Gustom.
Dalam kesempatan itu juga Fraksi PDI Perjuangan melalui pandangan umumnya meminta Pemkab Pesibar agar berpihak terhadap masyarakat petani dengan dilakukannya terhadap sarana dan prasarana pertanian seperti bendungan dan irigasi yang mengalami kerusakan seperti Bendungan Way Bambang Kecamatan Bangkunat, Bendungan Way Mulang Maya Kecamatan Ngaras dan bendungan lain di Pesibar.
Di akhir pandangan umumnya, Fraksi PDI Perjuangan menyarankan agar Bupati memberikan ruang waktu yang cukup sesuai dengan waktu dan tahapan serta sesuai peraturan dan perundang-undangan tentang pembahasan LPj serta menyampaikan LHP BPK kepada DPRD tepat waktu, “Sehingga dapat dibahas di tingkat fraksi terkait dengan temuan BPK,” tandas Erwin Gustom.
