    Kabar Rencana Pembongkaran Jalan Cor Beton di Sragi Berhasil Dimedias

    Bechannel – Isu pembongkaran insfrastruktur cor beton bersumber dari Dana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Lampung Selatan yang berada di Desa Sumber Agung Kecamatan Sragi, Lampung Selatan berhasil diredam setelah dilakukan mediasi di Kantor Kecamatan Sragi. Jumat, (3/11/2023).

    Mediasi yang difasilitasi oleh Pemerintahan Kecamatan Sragi, yang dihadiri timsus Polda Lampung, sert kedua pihak yang bertikai.

    Adanya kejadian ini berawal dari adanya miskomunikasi antar kedua PT sehingga PT Alvin Akbar Kontruksindo diduga tidak memenuhi pembayaran terkait order beton senilai Rp. 949.888.500,- dengan volume 703,6M³ dan panjang 562,4 meter x 5 meter dengan mutu beton FC-45. Menuwai aksi tersebut kedua bela pihak PT tersebut dimediasi dan berhasil meredam.

    Kasat Reskrim Polres Lamsel, AKP Hendra Saputra, SE. M.M, mengatakan pihaknya bersama instansi terkait sudah melakukan mediasi kepada kedua bela pihak PT tersebut.

    “Jadi tadi kita sudah mengumpulkan kedua belah pihak dari PT Alvin dan PT Manggung. Jadi kesimpulan dari isu pembongkaran jalan beton tidak akan terjadi, jadi dari PT Manggung tadi berjanji tidak akan ada pembongkaran, tolong sampaikan kepada masyarakat, masalah pembongkaran sudah clear dan tidak ada pembongkaran,” kata Kasat Reskrim saat diwawancarai depan kantor kecamatan sragi, Jumat, (3/11/2023).

    Staf Ahli Bupati Bidang Ekonomi Pembangunan dan Kemasyarakatan Lamsel, Yespi Cory S.H., M.M, berharap kepada kedua PT tersebut agar menyelesaikan permasalahan secara damai.

    “Kita berharap dengan PT Manggung Polah Raya dan PT Alvin Akbar Kontruksindo akan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan secara damai, dan pesan kepada pihak PT Alvin Akbar Kontruksindo jika tidak menyelesaikan pembayaran, maka pihak pemda akan menunda termin pembayaran yang tersisa 40% serta akan mengevaluasi profil perusahaan tersebut.” harapnya.

    Sementara itu pihak PT Alvin Akbar Kontruksindo, Riorobi mengatakan dalam pertemuan tadi sudah mengambil kesimpulan dan sepakat tidak akan ada aksi pembongkaran jalan cor beton.

    “Kami sepakat tidak akan ada pembongkaran jalan karena itu sudah menjadi aset negara, Adapun permasalahan dari pihak kedua dan ketiga sudah menemukan jalan dan menemukan opsi-opsi dari beberapa pihak serta instansi. Adapun kalau tidak menemukan jalan keluar kita akan menempuh melakukan jalur hukum kami siap untuk membayar karena di sini kami menggunakan 3 subkon satu rupiahpun kita akan bayar pembeli barang bukan curah tapi material. Keterlambatan pembayaran sendiri kami sebenarnya ada Clam, kami sebagai konsumen kami punya hak juga untuk mengklaim bisa di garis besarnya ada masalah pendistribusian barang yang tidak sesuai dengan kontrak. Kita membuat komitmen dilandasi dengan kontrak tapi kontrak itu tidak sesuai salah satu contohnya waktu pengiriman kami sendiri mengalami kerugian Rp.500 juta kami siap bayar satu kali 12 jam tapi Clam kami harus diterima kami sebagai konsumen dilindungi undang-undang,” cetus Riorobi kepada awak media.

    Dalam kesempatan itu juga PT Manggung Polah Raya, Resna, mengatakan pihaknya sendiri memenuhi permintaan masyarakat dan pemerintah, tentu semua dari awal tidak mau terjadi hal seperti itu dan tetap akan minta hak dari PT Alvin itu sendiri. Jika tidak ada titik temu maka pihak PT Manggung akan menempuh jalur hukum.

    “Dengan pembayaran waktu itu disepakati secara cash mereka waktu itu deposit ketika deposit itu habis otomatis mereka harus membayar lagi karena kita ada toleransi, karena kita sudah perjanjian dari sekmen 1 sampai sekmen 5 ternyata di setengah perjalanan di tanggal 21 agustus 2023 mereka memutus kontrak secara lisan dengan kami, untuk meneruskan di tanggal 25 Agustus kami tidak bisa meneruskan karena kami sudah putus kontrak dengan kami,” ucap Resna Humas PT Manggung itu.

     

    “Kami sudah sering melakukan pertemuan dengan pihak PT Alvin itu serta di panggil ke PT Manggung Polah Raya sendiri, mereka menyebutkan angka dan melakukan pembayaran dengan nominal Rp.749 juta dan itu masih kita dalami karena mereka masih mau memberikan data-data, menurut data-data itu sampai dua minggu itu sudah tidak ada. Kami sayangkan itu mereka memberikan cek kosong kepada kami itu nilainya Rp.500 juta di Bank BNI atas nama Riorobi dan ketika kita mau mancairkan di Bank di tanggal 15 september 2023 itu tidak ada uangnya itu yang membuat kita kecewa,” pungkas humas PT Manggung itu.(*)
