Bechannel– Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandar Lampung, telah menganggarkan Rp80 miliar untuk pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) 2024.
Dari dana yang digelontorkan tersebut, terbesar ada di Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) yaitu mencapai Rp50 miliar lebih.
Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) kota Bandar Lampung M Nur Ramdhan, mengatakan dana Rp80 miliar untuk KPU dan Bawaslu ini pencairannya setelah Penandatanganan Naskah Perjanjian Hibah Daerah (NPHD).
“Paling besar ada di KPU yaitu Rp50 miliar lebih, sementara sisanya itu Bawaslu,” ujar Ramdhan, Rabu (8/11/2023).

Ramdhan mengaku, dana tersebut yaitu dianggarkan baik di APBD perubahan 2023 maupun juga dianggarkan di APBD murni 2024.
“Di bagi dua penganggarannya, kalau di APBD perubahan itu sekitar Rp20 miliar sementara Rp60 miliar itu di APBD murni 2024,” ungkapnya.
Dana tersebut sampai saat ini belum dicairkan, lantaran menunggu penandatanganan NPHD.
“Setelah penandatangan NPHD dari provinsi baru uang itu bisa dicairkan,” jelasnya.

Untuk penggunaan secara rinci, tentu ada pada Bawaslu dan KPU yang mengetahui, sementara Pemkot hanya hibah.
“Kalau kita pemkot ini sifatnya hanya hibah, untuk digunakan dalam proses pilkada yang aman dan lancar,” ucapnya. (Hendri)
