Bechannel– Pemerintah kota (Pemkot) Bandar Lampung menghentikan aktivitas PT Hasil Karya Kita Bersama (HKKB) dalam pembangunan perumahan dan ruko atau superblok di bekas hutan kota.
Kepala Disperkim Kota Bandar Lampung, Yusnadi Ferianto menyampaikan, rekomendasi DPRD kota Bandar Lampung untuk pembangunan PT. HKKB ditutup. Ia pun mengaku memang dilokasi tersebut tidak ada lagi aktivitas pembangunan.
“Ya memang sekarang tidak ada aktivitas, kan sudah ditutup,” tuturnya. Senin, (29/1/2024).
Sebelumnya, dengan adanya penimbunan tanah dilokasi itu pihaknya pun telah memanggil PT.HKKB pada bulan Agustus 2023.
Dari pertemuan itu disepakati untuk dibuatkan saluran air dan cekungan resapan untuk menangkal banjir di musim hujan. Dikarenakan penimbunan sudah terlanjur dilakukan oleh PT HKKB tanpa memiliki Amdal sebelumnya.

“Kami pemerintah kota minta hentikan aktivitas dilokasi itu,” katanya.
Selanjutnya kita juga minta pada pihak PT HKKB baik melalui konsultannya untuk mengkaji dampak lingkungannya kemudian diminta agar piel banjirnya dengan buat cekungan atau resapan air.
“Karena waktu itu kita sampaikan di November dan Desember biasanya akan terjadi hujan yang dikhawatirkan banjir yang akan berdampak pada masyarakat di sekitar,” kata dia.
Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Bandar Lampung, Muhtadi Arsyad Temenggung mengatakan, PT. HKKB telah mengantongi empat dokumen untuk izin pembangunan perumahan dan ruko atau superblok di bekas hutan kota.
Empat dokumen tersebut diantaranya peil banjir dari Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU), analisis dampak lalu lintas (andalalin) dari Dishub, informasi tata ruang dari dinas permukiman (Disperkim), dan proteksi kebakaran dari Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran.
“Piel banjir, informasi tata ruang, andalalin, dan proteksi kebakaran. Sementara Amdal yang saat ini sedang berproses,” ucapnya.
Telah ada penimbunan tanah dilokasi yang berada di jalan Soekarno Hatta itu. PT. HKKB pun diminta untuk membuat penanganan banjir.
“Yaitu kita minta mereka harus memperbaiki saluran drainasenya, membuat lubang atau sumur resapan,” ungkapnya.
