    Pengadaan Laptop di Disdikbud Pesibar Diduga Mark up Ratusan Juta

    Bechannel– Setelah adanya dugaan kuat kerugian negara pada bidang konstruksi di Dinas Pendidikan Pesisir Barat, kini pengadaan laptop kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Pesisir Barat diduga di mark up ratusan juta lebih.

    Menurut sumber media ini, penggelembungan biaya dalam pembelian laptop tersebut sangat jelas terlihat. Ketika laptop yang dibeli oleh Dinas Pendidikan Pesibar diketahui bermerk Acer Travelmate P214 i5 Ram 8/512 dengan spesifikasi Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz.

    Sumber membeberkan bahwa harga laptop dengan merk tersebut di outlet resmi Acer hanya berkisar antara Tujuh hingga Sepuluh Juta Rupiah saja, padahal anggaran yang dihabiskan untuk membeli produk tersebut sebesar 225 Juta Rupiah untuk 15 unit laptop.

    Sehingga menurut perhitungan tersebut, terdapat kelebihan bayar sebesar 75 hingga 120 Juta Rupiah dalam pengadaan 15 laptop untuk menunjang kinerja jajaran pegawai yang ada di Dinas Pendidikan Pesisir Barat ini.

    “Ini jelas merupakan mark up, seharusnya APIP (Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah) dan APH (Aparat Penegak Hukum) benar-benar melakukan pengawasan yang melekat terhadap penggunaan keuangan negara, jangan sampai uang yang asalnya dari rakyat itu malah dipergunakan untuk keuntungan pribadi, saya berharap setelah adanya berita ini APIP dan APH benar-benar melakukan fungsinya,” kata sumber sembari meminta agar namanya tidak disebutkan, Rabu (1/11/2023).

    Ditempat terpisah ketika diwawancarai pada Selasa (31/10/23) Kepala Sub Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian Dinas Pendidikan Pesisir Barat Ahmad Yuniardi tak menampik jika pembelian laptop dengan merk Acer Travelmate P214 i5 Ram 8/512 dibeli hanya dengan harga Sepuluh Juta Rupiah.

    “Harga per unitnya sekitar Sepuluh Juta Rupiah sekian, kalo ga salah,” katanya.

    Ahmad juga menjelaskan kondisi laptop saat serah terima semuanya dalam kondisi baik dan tidak ada yang mengalami kerusakan, baik dari hardware hingga software nya.

    Namun ketika selesai diwawancarai, Ahmad mengabari media ini melalui WhatsApp bahwa harga per unit laptop yang dibeli Dinas Pendidikan dalam pengadaan Laptop itu sebesar 14 Juta Rupiah, iapun mengaku lupa dengan harganya.
