    Edarkan Narkoba Pemuda Putus Sekolah,  Diamankan Sat Res Narkoba Polresta Bandar Lampung

    Bandar Lampung – Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polresta Bandar Lampung meringkus RDP (26), Warga desa kroy, kecamatan Sukabumi, kota Bandar Lampung 

    Dirinya ditangkap lantaran kedapatan membawa puluhan paket sabu, Pil Ekstasi dan Ganja siap edar.

    RDP (26) ditangkap petugas di sebuah warung di pinggir jalan Soekarno Hatta, Kecamatan Panjang Kota Bandar Lampung, pada Kamis (21/03/2024) dini hari.

    Saat ditangkap, petugas menemukan 1 buah kantong hitam berisikan 28 plastik bening berisikan narkoba jenis sabu dan 1 plastik bening berisikan 18 butir Pil ekstasi.

    Selain barang bukti yang didapat dari kantong pelaku, petugas pun menemukan 1 buah dompet warna merah yang berisikan 4 buah plastik klip bening ukuran sedang berisikan sabu, 1 buah plastik bening berisikan serbuk coklat, 1 buah paket daun ganja kering yang dibungkus kertas warna cokelat serta 1 buah timbangan digital, setelah melakukan penggeledahan dari dalam rumah kontrakan pelaku.

    Kasat Narkoba Polresta Bandar Lampung Kompol Gigih Andri Putranto mengatakan bahwa penangkapan pelaku RDP (26) berawal dari informasi yang diberikan oleh masyarakat sekitar terkait adanya praktik peredaran narkotika di lokasi tersebut.

    “Pengakuan pelaku, baru 3 bulan melakoni bisnis haram ini,” jelas Kompol Gigih Andri Putranto saat dikonfirmasi Rabu (03/04/2024).

    Mantan kasat reserse polres Lampung Utara ini menambahkan bahwa pelaku RDP (26) baru dua kali mengambil barang haram ini dari seseorang berinisial ZK (DPO).

    “Sudah 2 kali ngambil barang ke ZK (DPO), tapi yang kedua ini belum sempat diedarkan oleh pelaku,”ujarnya

    Selain pelaku RDP (26), Polisi juga menyita barang bukti narkoba berbagai jenis dengan total Sabu seberat 62,02 gram, Pil ekstasi seberat 8,42 gram atau 18 butir, Ganja seberat 2,88 gram dan Serbuk coklat yang diduga serpihan pil ekstasi seberat 3,72 gram

    Akibat perbuatannya, Pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 114 Ayat (2) sub pasal 112 Ayat (2) UU No. 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman kurungan penjara maksimal 20 Tahun.(*)
