    Ratusan Peserta MTQ Ke-50 se Provinsi Lampung Tiba di Asrama Haji

    Bechannel– Ratusan peserta MTQ Ke-50 tingkat Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2023 secara berangsur-angsur tiba di Asrama Haji Lampung, Senin (9/10/2023).

    Kedatangan kafilah MTQ tersebut disambut langsung oleh Wakil Wali Kota Bandar Lampung Deddy Amarullah dan Kemenag kota Bandar Lampung Makmur.

    Diketahui, Kota Bandar Lampung sendiri ditunjuk menjadi tuan rumah penyelenggaraan MTQ Ke-50 yang dimulai 9-16 Oktober.

    Kepala Kemenag Kota Bandar Lampung, Makmur mengatakan, total peserta yang terdaftar untuk mengikuti MTQ ke 50 kali ini berjumlah ratusan.

    “Yang terdaftar ada sekitar 600 sampai 700 peserta yang berasal dari 15 kabupaten kota di Lampung,” ujar Makmur.

    Makmur mengaku, seluruh perlombaan yang digelar pada MTQ kali ini pesertanya ada dari Bandar Lampung.

    “Karena kontingen dari Bandar Lampung kita full insyaAllah, karena target kita juara umum di MTQ ke 50 ini,” tuturnya.

    Sementara itu, Wakil Wali Kota Bandar Lampung Deddy Amarullah sangat mengapresiasi Pemprov Lampung yang telah menunjuk kota Bandar Lampung menjadi penyelenggara MTQ Ke-50.

    “Dengan rasa syukur, kami menerima khafilah MTQ. Alhamdulillah semua sudah dipersiapkan untuk lomba. Insyaallah besok acara pembukaannya,” kata Deddy Amarullah.

    Mulai dari tadi pagi, khafilah MTQ mulai berdatangan yang dimulai dari kafilah nya Kabupaten Pesawaran dan Lampung Selatan dan nanti seterusnya.

    “Kafilah ini datang secara berangsur-angsur. Semoga para kafilah bisa mewujudkan harapan masing-masing daerahnya,” ujar dia.

    Ia juga tak lupa mengajak seluruh kafilah untuk dapat menjaga kekompakan dan persatuan pada acara MTQ Ke-50 sebagai bagian dari syiar agama Islam.

    “Kami sebagai tuan rumah tentunya berharap MTQ ini tidak menjadi ajang perseteruan dan kepentingan yang macam-macam,” kata dia.

    Sehingga tambah Deddy, masyarakat memiliki akhlak mulia serta meningkatkan iman dan taqwa kepada Allah SWT.

    Adapun tema yang di usung pada MTQ kali ini yaitu “Dengan MTQ Ke-50 Tingkat Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2023 Kita Wujudkan Generasi Qurani untuk Lampung Berjaya “. (Hendri)
