    RSUD KH. M Thohir Pesibar Peroleh Akreditasi Tingkat Paripurna Bintang Lima

    Bechannel– Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) KH Muhammad Thohir, Kabupaten Pesisir Barat yang saat ini berstatus sebagai Rumah Sakit Tipe D berhasil mendapatkan sertifikat lulus akreditasi tingkat Paripurna bintang lima dalam hal pelayanan terhadap pasien sesuai Standar Akreditasi Kementerian Kesehatan Tahun 2023.

    Survei Re-Akreditasi beberapa waktu lalu yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Akreditasi Rumah Sakit (LARS) ini sekaligus merupakan predikat hasil penilaian tertinggi yang diberikan berdasarkan penilaian terhadap manajemen mutu dan keselamatan pasien yang diterapkan di rumah sakit.

    Direktur RSUD KH. M Thohir dr. Rina Aryani Aslan saat di konfirmasi Tim AKJII, Rabu (03/01/24) mengatakan, bahwa akreditasi Paripurna yang diraih RSUD tersebut merupakan hasil dari pemotretan yang dilakukan oleh Tim Surveior dari Lembaga Akreditasi Rumah Sakit (LARS).

    “Tim Surveior dari LARS beberapa waktu lalu terdiri dari tiga orang yakni : dr. Carolina, MARS., Ns. Kamarul Huda, S.Kep., M.PH., dan Chairudin, S.Si., M.Kes., melakukan survei re-akreditasi selama tiga hari dari tanggal 28 sampai 30 November 2023 lalu,” papar dr. Rina.

    “Akreditasi rumah sakit mempunyai dampak positif bagi berbagai pihak, terutama bagi pemerintah, masyarakat, tenaga kesehatan, rumah sakit, tenaga medik, dan tenaga kesehatan. Dengan penerapan standar akreditasi ini mendorong perubahan pelayanan rumah sakit yang lebih berkualitas dan peningkatan kerja sama antara disiplin profesi dalam perawatan pasien, yang dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan menambah kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap rumah sakit,” lanjutnya.

    “Dengan adanya proses Akreditasi Rumah Sakit yang baik dan profesional, dapat meningkatkan citra pelayanan kesehatan di kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Khususnya dimata masyarakat. Akreditasi rumah sakit mempunyai dampak positif terhadap kualitas perawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien dan kepuasan pasien,” terang Direktur RSUD KH. M Thohir itu.

    “Terimakasih kepada Kepala Dinas Kesehatan beserta jajarannya dan beberapa dinas terkait atas segala support yang diberikan, kepada Pemkab Pesisir Barat kami selalu berharap didukung penuh demi kesehatan masyarakat Pesisir Barat khususnya. Kami berharap dengan adanya Nilai Paripurna ini bisa menjadikan RS satu-satunya milik pemerintah di Pesisir Barat ini bisa naik menjadi RS tipe C,” harapnya.

    Kepala Dinas Kesehatan (Kadinkes) Pesibar, Tedi Zadmiko, S.KM., S.H., M.M., secara khusus turut menyampaikan ucapan selamat dan sukses pada jajaran Direksi RSUD KH. M Thohir atas pencapaian Akreditasi Paripurna tersebut.

    “Dengan pencapaian ini, saya minta agar menjadi standar dalam meningkatkan mutu dan keselamatan pasien. Maka kepuasan layanan memberikan kepuasan yang semakin meningkat. Pelayanan publik di RSUD KH. M Thohir semakin excellent dan puas sehingga layanannya prima,” kata Tedi Zadmiko.

    Ia juga mengimbau kepada masyarakat yang belum merasa puas terhadap layanan RSUD, Masyarakat dapat melapor melalui kotak pengaduan yang disediakan oleh RS.

    “Pasti akan direspon baik untuk perbaikan pelayanan selanjutnya,” imbaunya.

    Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesisir Barat juga akan terus melakukan upaya bersama seluruh Fasilitas Kesehatan baik Puskesmas (PKM) maupun RS di Pesibar agar terus meningkatkan layanan kepada masyarakat.

    RSUD KH. M Thohir telah menerima Surat Keterangan Hasil Akreditasi dengan Nomor : LARS-SERT.029.3.XII.2023 yang menyatakan status Mutu Akreditasi Paripurna. Surat ini dikeluarkan pada tanggal 26 Desember 2023 yang ditandantangani oleh Direktur Utama LARS, dr. Hanibal Hamidi, M.Kes., ini berlaku sampai dengan tanggal 30 Desember 2027. (Hendri)
