Bechannel – Eva Dwiana resmi dilantik menjadi Walikota Bandar Lampung 26 Februari 2021, Eva Dwiana – Deddy Amarullah berhasil mengalahkan pasangan Ryco Menoza – Johan Sulaiman dan M.Yusuf Kohar – Tulus Purnomo, Eva – Deddy memperoleh suara 249.241. Sementara Ryco – Johan 92.492 suara dan Yusuf Kohar – Tulus Purnomo 93.280 suara.
Eva Dwiana merupakan perempuan pertama yang menjabat menjadi Walikota di Bandar Lampung.
Eva Dwiana atau yang biasa disapa Bunda Eva lahir di Tanjung Karang, Provinsi Lampung 25 April 1970. Ia merupakan putri pertama dari pasangan Zulkarnen berasal dari Sumatera Selatan dan Dahniar berasal dari Sumatera Barat.

Jenjang pendidikan dimulai saat menempuh SD Negeri 1 Pengajaran periode 1978- 1984. Kemudian lanjut ke jenjang SMP Negeri 2 Teluk Betung 1984-1987. Kemudian menempuh jenjang pendidikan SMA Petra Bandar Lampung tahun 1987 sampai 1990. Eva Dwiana melanjutkan Pendidikan sarjananya di Universitas Wiraswasta Indonesia (2000-2004), kemudian mengambil program pascasarjana di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi.
Sebelum menjabat sebagai wali kota Bandar Lampung Eva jauh lebih dikenal masyarakat ketua Majelis Taklim Rachmat Hidayat, karena kegiatannya sering dilakukan bersama kalangan ibu-ibu pengajian. Eva Dwiana adalah pemimpin majelis Taklim Rachmat Hidayat yang berdiri sejak 20 Oktober 2007. Pendirian ini berasal dari kecintaannya terhadap almarhum anak pertamanya yang bernama Rachmat Hidayat yang meninggal diusia 14 tahun.
